- What is the difference between a live account and a paper account?
- A live account submits real orders with your own wallet and credentials. A paper account only keeps simulated records and never places a real order.
- What happens when my plan expires?
- You can keep using the service during the grace period, but you cannot create new accounts. New buys on existing accounts stop; selling, cancelling and reconciliation always work — risk-reducing actions are never blocked for non-payment.
- Can I get a refund?
- Crypto transfers are irreversible on-chain, so completed payments are non-refundable. Please read the Terms of Service and the Risk Disclosure before purchasing.
- Will downgrading close the accounts I already have?
- No. A plan only limits how many new accounts you can create; it never pauses or deletes accounts you already have.
