These Terms govern your access to and use of SuperAI Quant (the “Service”). By registering, subscribing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
The Service is a software tool and signal-forwarding service. It reads publicly available on-chain trading data and, according to rules you configure yourself, converts the public activity of third-party traders you select into instructions for your own trading accounts.
The Service is not an investment adviser, broker or asset manager, and it does not provide investment advice, recommendations or discretionary management of any kind. The Service does not hold, control or have access to your funds: your assets remain in your own wallet and in your accounts on third-party platforms (such as Polymarket), and transactions are signed with credentials you supply yourself.
The Service makes no recommendation regarding any trade, market or trader. Leaderboards, metrics, screening results and estimated returns are mechanical arrangements of public data and do not constitute advice or a promise of any kind.
2. No Investment Advice and No Return Guarantees
The Service promises no returns and guarantees no execution outcome. No historical data, backtest result, leaderboard ranking, metric value or display of another person's returns indicates future performance.
Statements such as “sub-second execution” or “low latency” describe the system's technical path; they are not a guarantee of fills. Orders may fail to fill, or fill only partially, due to slippage, price movement, insufficient liquidity, partial fills, or rejection by the exchange.
You must decide for yourself whether to use the Service and bear all trading consequences yourself. Before making any trading decision, assess your own financial situation, risk tolerance and eligibility, and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.
3. Subscription, Billing and Refunds
The Service offers different numbers of live copy-trading accounts by subscription tier. Subscriptions are billed in 30-day periods, prepaid per period. The Service does not auto-renew: when a period ends you must purchase again yourself; if you do not, the subscription enters a grace period, after which the related entitlements lapse.
Prices are those shown on the Service's pricing page and may change at any time; a change does not affect the current period you have already purchased.
The Service collects payment through a third-party crypto payment provider. On-chain transfers are irreversible, and therefore **completed payments are non-refundable**, including where you have not used the full current period, or where your region is subsequently placed on a restricted list. Please confirm before paying that you understand these Terms and the Risk Disclosure in full.
If a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount occurs, contact us to verify it; a verified overpayment may be returned by the original route or converted into an extension of your period.
Tier entitlements limit only the number of **newly created** accounts. They never prevent you from reducing risk on, closing, or exiting existing accounts.
4. Your Account and Credentials
You must prepare and safeguard the wallet and signing credentials used for trading, and you bear full responsibility for their security. Use a dedicated low-balance wallet; do not use a wallet that holds your main assets.
You authorise the Service to perform operations on your accounts according to the strategy you configure, including submitting buy and sell orders automatically. This authorisation continues until you pause the account, revoke the credentials, or terminate your subscription.
You must ensure that the credentials and addresses you enter are genuine, valid and owned by you. You bear any loss arising from incorrect credentials, a leaked key, a stolen wallet, or restrictions imposed by a third-party platform.
Pausing an account immediately stops new buys but still permits selling, cancelling orders and reconciliation — this protects your existing positions, it is not a retained entitlement.
5. Regional Restrictions and Eligibility
The Service is not offered in sanctioned regions or in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited or restricted by law. We may restrict or terminate your use of the Service based on your access origin or the information you declare.
You represent and warrant that your jurisdiction permits you to use prediction markets, crypto assets and automated trading tools, and that you have reached the local age of majority. You bear any consequence of failing to meet these eligibility requirements.
6. Service Availability and Changes
The Service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that it will meet your particular needs. We may interrupt the Service for maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, upstream service failures, or force majeure.
We may add, modify or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces the core entitlements of a period you have already paid for, we will extend the period proportionally or provide equivalent compensation.
7. Account Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Before deleting your account, deal with your positions and open orders — once execution credentials are deleted, we cannot act on those positions for you.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent entitlement limits, or if we are required by law to stop providing the Service. Such termination does not refund fees already paid.
Where a security incident (such as leaked credentials or a compromised system) requires urgent loss prevention, we may immediately suspend new buys on the affected accounts and notify you afterwards.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third parties including, without limitation, Polymarket (trading venue and data source), public blockchain RPC providers, and crypto payment providers. Your use of those third parties may also be governed by their own terms, which you should read and comply with yourself.
The Service is not affiliated with, and does not act as agent for, those third parties, and is not responsible for their conduct, availability or policy changes. Restrictions, bans or discontinuation by a third party may make the Service unavailable in whole or in part.
9. Data and Privacy
To provide the Service we need to process your account information, the wallet addresses and credentials you enter, and your strategy configuration and trading records. Credentials are stored encrypted.
For audit and compliance purposes we record the time, version and source information (including IP and browser identifiers) of your acceptance of these Terms and the Risk Disclosure.
You may request deletion of your account and related data; we will delete it after verification, except for records we are required by law to retain (such as billing and audit trails).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including without limitation lost profits, lost data or lost positions.
Our aggregate liability in respect of the Service is capped at the subscription fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to These Terms and Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the version number and effective date shown on the page; continuing to use the Service after an update, or re-confirming at your next purchase, constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are interpreted under, and disputes are governed by, the laws of our principal place of business. The parties shall first seek an amicable resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms.
